On the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, on 3 December 2025 at 8.30 pm in the Concert Hall of the Casa della Musica in Parma, there will be a concert-event organised by the Creative Europe project “LET’S PASS”.
The event marks the conclusion of the European PASS project, dedicated to promoting accessibility in live performances, and will feature the premiere of a suite of original music composed by Valentina Scheldhofen Ciardelli for the show “The Joy of Life”. On stage will be Mihaela Costea (violin), Sara Screpis (viola), Claudio Saguatti (double bass) and Gabriele Genta (percussion).
This will be followed by the documentary film The Joy of Life, produced in collaboration with CAPAS (University of Parma), which recounts the artistic and human journey of the project with a focus on the human, social and creative dimensions, giving back to the community the value of a shared experience (for the trailer of the documentary film, click here).
