On 22 March 2025 from 4:00 to 5:30 pm at Toscanini Music Production Centre (Parma, Italy) was organised a workshop dedicated to the whole audience: ‘The joy of movements’ led by Vitoria Kotsalou with the participation of the artists of the artistic residency companies: ‘The joy of movements’. The leitmotif of the workshop is a sheet of wrapping paper understood here as part of a life cycle that from the tree and nature is born and takes on different forms, only to end up as recycled paper and be reborn in this new form. The joy of movements, then, in the most transformative sense possible. Paper becomes a pretext for experimenting, creating and performing, all arts in which Vitoria Kotsalou is a skilful teacher and group leader, so the result of this workshop can only be an experience of shared theatrical play that places no limits on imagination and fantasy, but develops in the full freedom of expression that the arts of theatre, dance and music allow without any barriers.
